According to People Magazine, Tom was in LA on Wednesday.
Things were more calm for Tom Hardy, who was also at the Soho House that evening. The Dark Knight Rises actor was spotted “having a nice time with a small group of friends around the bar area,” an onlooker says. “He was chatting away and listening to stories while he sipped on a cocktail.” “He looked like he was enjoying a very low-key night out,” the source adds.
But I highly doubt the veracity of this claim, for several reasons: if he was in LA, wouldn’t he be doing some promotion for Lawless (which he hasn’t - unless something turns up the next few days)? Also: sipping on a cocktail? Could be a alcohol-free cocktail, of course, but it doesn’t ring true. Flying in from Namibia for a low-key cocktail? Hmm. I have doubts. Pics or it didn’t happen, I say. *g*
