Kind of a partner to my previous post: an Italian interview with Tom Hardy concerning This Means War where he talks about his tattoos for a bit.

Only problem is, it’s dubbed. Cursed dubbing! Should be outlawed. Who here knows Italian and can translate what’s being said?

I only understand that Tom says he has tattoos in Italian because his mum is Catholic… And that Chris Pine thinks Tom’s talented!

Edit: Here’s what he says thanks to liberaquantobasta (thank you so much!):

The interviewer asks about his tattoos, she’s amazed because in one of them there’s written “Bellissimo” (wich means beautiful), and he says that it is written in italian because his mother is catholic

The interviewer says his character is a very different kind of spy in This means War from the one he played in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, and he answers saying that one character is real while the other was created for an action comedy. Then he says in comparison to Warrior it was more difficult to play in This means War because when you play a dramatic role, it kind of reveals the best part of you.

But the best part is: Interviwer: “It’s full of beautiful girls in Italy!” Tom: “Charlotte, honey, don’t listen to her, she didn’t mean that, you know I’m found of you.”
